Production Engineering course students will

exchange in France

      The students Antônio Luis Araújo Silva and Ramsés Moreira de Albuquerque, enrolled in the course of Production Engineering URCA, were selected for exchange in France by CAPES/BRAFITEC Program for the biennium 2016/2017. The students will CAPES benefits:

 

  • Monthly payment;

  • Aid displacement;

  • Installation aid;

  • Health insurance.

 

     The URCA participates in BRAFITEC since 2015 by the initiative of Prof. Dr. Carlos Kleber Nascimento de Oliveira (CCT/URCA) with Prof. Dr. Mario Otávio Batalha (General Coordinator) have submitted CAPES the project: "For an innovative and sustainable engineering". The project is a consortium formed by URCA/UFSCAR/UNESP.

        The students will remain one year in National Polytechnic Institute of Lorraine and may perform a second year to obtain double degree (France/Brazil).

Undergraduate student in Theatre will make
exchange in France

      The student Nícolas Anderson Sobreira Tavares, regularly enrolled in the Degree in Theatre of Arts Center, It was selected by Program Euro Brazilian Windows Plus-EBW+ for exchange in Université Lille - France, for a period of 10 months. The student will receive the benefits:

 

  • 1.000€ (euros) monthly;

  • Tickets round trip;

  • Health insurance;

  • Enrollment rates.

 

       The URCA is a partner institution of the consortium of ten (10) European universities and ten (10) universities. The program is coordinated by the University of Porto-Portugal and the vice-coordinating the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul-UFRGS.

       According to the coordination of EBW+, other students already classified will be awarded mobility. Stay tuned to emails!

Third Call of the EBW Project + Erasmus Mundus
Scholarships for doctorate degrees in Europe

      The project consists of 20 European and Brazilian higher education institutions and 12 associated institutions. It is implemented under the Erasmus Mundus program.

        In the third call, they are available scholarships for Brazilian doctoral students who wish to realize a period of study / research one or two semesters in Europe.

   To become eligible, students must be enrolled in a doctoral course in the aera of Creative Arts or Engineering/Technology in a higher education institution in Brazil, a partner of EBW+ or not.

Regional do Cariri meets again

      On 23 May this year gathered the representatives Prof. Dr. Allysson Pinheiro, Prof. Dr. Fábio Rodrigues, Prof. Dr. Flávio França, Prof. Dr. Lima Júnior, Profª. Drª. Sislândia Brito of Internationalization Commitee - CI/URCA and members of the International Relations Office - ARI/URCA. On the agenda, the report of the actions developed by ARI until then the participation of URCA in EBW+ events and the National Conference FAUBAI, that happened in Fortaleza; the approval of several agreements of academic mobility and international cooperation and the debate on the guidelines to be taken aimed at the internationalization process of URCA as the strengthening of cooperation ties with Latin America through agreements with several Argentine universities in the process of analysis/formalization.
